How much does it cost to become a vendor on Giftlo?
There's no upfront cost to join Giftlo. We operate on a commission-based model, so we only earn when you do. Our commission rate is shared with you during onboarding, so you know exactly what to expect before you start selling.
How do I receive payments for my sales?
Giftlo securely processes all customer payments and pays vendors out on a regular schedule, directly to your registered bank account. You don't need to handle payment collection from customers yourself, we manage that for you.
What kind of products can I sell on Giftlo?
Giftlo specializes in customizable and unique gifts including handmade items, personalized gifts, hampers, flowers, cakes, and similar gifting categories. All products go through a review and approval process before going live, to make sure everything sold on Giftlo meets our quality and gifting standards.
How do I manage my inventory?
You'll have access to an easy-to-use vendor dashboard where you can track stock levels, receive low-stock alerts, and update your inventory in real time.
What support is available if I encounter issues?
Giftlo provides dedicated vendor support. You can reach our team via WhatsApp or email for help with onboarding, orders, payments, or anything else.
How does Giftlo handle delivery?
Giftlo manages delivery centrally as part of our platform, currently covering Lagos, Abuja, Rivers, Delta, Oyo, and Ogun State. As a vendor, you prepare orders for pickup or dispatch according to Giftlo's delivery process, you don't need to arrange your own couriers.
How does Giftlo handle returns and refunds?
Returns and refunds follow Giftlo's platform-wide policy. Personalized, made-to-order, and perishable items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't match what was ordered, the customer contacts Giftlo directly, and we coordinate the resolution with you as the vendor.
Can I access my vendor account on mobile devices?
Yes. Giftlo's vendor dashboard is mobile-friendly, so you can manage your store, track orders, and stay on top of customer activity from any device.
